We at SomeCompany would like to recognize Regan Vasquez from the Engineering Department as our Employee of the Month for April!

Regan has been at the head of a couple of our most important projects of recent years. You’ve likely heard of our Some Accessibility 2023 (SA2023) project, which required an immense amount of manpower and, in turn, organization. Regan has managed SA2023 with all the confidence and efficiency that we’ve come to expect from her, and even before the work was completed we knew it would be a success.

Regan also heads our Latino @ SomeCompany social club, which organizes events and networking among our Latin-American workforce.

We asked Regan, who just passed her seventh year at SomeCompany last month, what advice she would have for new hires. “Just get out there and don’t be afraid to ask questions!” said the female engineer. “I think that friendliness and a desire to improve are at the core of SomeCompany culture. We were all where you were at the start and are willing to help.”

Regan’s office is on the western side of the eighth floor. Stop by sometime and congratulate her on her third Employee of the Month award!
